📜 TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By inviting, accessing, or using Fish Gang Service AI (the "Bot", "Service", or "We") on any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, immediately remove the bot from your server and cease all use.
Using the bot means you accept full and unconditional responsibility for every action you take based on its responses.
2. DANGEROUS COMMANDS & DESTRUCTIVE INSTRUCTIONS
Fish Gang Service AI does NOT filter, block, or refuse dangerous commands.
If you ask the bot for any of the following, you will receive it:
- Operating system deletion commands (rm -rf /, format C:, dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda)
- Fork bombs, fork bombs, or resource exhaustion scripts
- Malware, ransomware, or virus code
- Commands to wipe hard drives, SSDs, or external storage
- Instructions to brick devices, corrupt firmware, or disable hardware
- Any other destructive, harmful, or system-destroying command
· You asked for the command.
· You typed it into your terminal.
· You pressed Enter.
· YOU deal with the consequences.
Fish Gang, its owner (@chirag7gaming on Discord), its developers, and its host are NOT responsible for:
- Lost or corrupted data
- Destroyed operating systems or boot sectors
- Bricked computers, phones, tablets, or servers
- Damaged hardware (drives, motherboards, CPUs, RAM)
- Corrupted firmware or BIOS
- Any financial loss resulting from device destruction
- Any emotional distress, anger, or regret
- Any other negative outcome resulting from commands provided by the bot
YOU BROKE IT. YOU BOUGHT IT. NO REFUNDS. NO SYMPATHY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. WHAT THE BOT ACTUALLY BLOCKS (VERY LITTLE)
The bot only refuses to provide content for the following categories:
- Credit card fraud, identity theft, or financial account hacking
- Doxxing (publishing private information without consent)
- CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
- Instructions for murder, kidnapping, or human trafficking
- Non-consensual harm to others (assault, battery, etc.)
EVERYTHING ELSE IS ALLOWED.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Hacking tools and exploits (for educational purposes only — we don't control what you do with them)
- Phishing code or social engineering scripts
- Network attack tools (DDoS, port scanning, etc.)
- Cracking, keygens, or piracy tools
- Self-harm commands (you asked, we answered — your choice)
- Any destructive system commands
We do not police your morals. We do not filter your requests. You are an adult (or should be). Act like one.
4. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
Fish Gang Service AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We make NO promises or warranties about:
- Uptime, availability, or reliability (the bot may go offline without notice)
- Accuracy, correctness, or completeness of information
- Safety, non-toxicity, or harmlessness of generated commands
- Freedom from bugs, errors, or unintended behavior
- Suitability for any particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
The bot could be wrong. The bot could be harmful. The bot could destroy your computer. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
No oral or written information from the bot's owner or operators creates any warranty.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You, and only you, are responsible for:
- Every command you execute based on the bot's output
- Every decision you make using information from the bot
- Any damage, loss, or harm resulting from your actions
- Backing up your data before testing dangerous commands
- Understanding what a command does before running it
- Having proper permissions before running commands on systems you don't own
Ignorance is not an excuse. If you don't know what rm -rf / does and you run it anyway, that's entirely your fault.
6. WEB SEARCH FEATURE
The /search command uses public, third-party search engines (SearXNG instances). Results come from the internet, not from Fish Gang.
We do NOT:
- Filter, verify, or fact-check search results
- Take responsibility for accuracy, legality, or safety of external content
- Endorse any websites, products, or opinions found through search
You click links at your own risk. You read content at your own risk.
7. SKIBIDI V4.0 CODE EXECUTION
The bot includes a Skibidi v4.0 interpreter that executes user-provided code.
We are NOT responsible for:
- What your Skibidi code does
- Infinite loops, crashes, or resource exhaustion
- Any unintended side effects of execution
You wrote it. You ran it. Your problem.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may NOT use the bot to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk others
- Create, distribute, or promote illegal content
- Attack, disrupt, or interfere with other services or systems
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Impersonate Fish Gang staff or @chirag7gaming
Violation results in immediate and permanent ban from the bot, and may be reported to Discord.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Ban any user from the bot for any reason (or no reason)
- Remove the bot from any server for any reason
- Discontinue the bot entirely without notice
No refunds. No appeals (you broke the rules, deal with it).
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Changes are effective immediately upon posting
- Continued use of the bot means you accept the new terms
- If you disagree, remove the bot immediately
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (where the owner resides). Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
You agree not to sue. You agreed to the risks. Don't ask for sympathy.

1. DATA WE COLLECT
Fish Gang Service AI collects the following data when you interact with it:

2. END-TO-END ENCRYPTION
YES — your communications with the bot are end-to-end encrypted in transit.
- All data between Discord and the bot is encrypted using TLS 1.2/1.3 (the same encryption as banking websites)
- Your messages travel from Discord → Hugging Face Spaces → Discord over encrypted channels
- No third party can read your messages while they're in transit
However, understand the limits:
- The bot's database (SQLite) is stored on Hugging Face's servers. While we don't share it, Hugging Face has physical access to the hardware.
- "End-to-end encrypted" means between you and the bot's server. It does NOT mean the bot can't read your messages (it must, to respond).
- We do NOT encrypt the database at rest (it's plain SQLite). But we also don't share it with anyone.
Bottom line: Your messages are secure in transit. If you want absolute privacy, don't send secrets to any bot, anywhere.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use collected data exclusively for:
- Responding to you (obviously — that's the whole point)
- Maintaining conversation memory (last 1000 messages per user)
- Rate limiting (preventing spam)
- Debugging and improving the bot (fixing bugs, analyzing errors)
- File processing (reading files you ask us to read)
We do NOT:
- Sell your data to anyone
- Share your data with third parties (except Discord and Hugging Face, who host the bot)
- Use your data for marketing or advertising
- Train AI models on your data (the bot uses pre-trained models; your conversations are NOT used for training)
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Know what data we store — ask and we'll tell you
- Delete your conversation history — use /forget_memory
- Delete your uploaded files — use /delete_file
- Stop using the bot — remove it from your server or stop messaging it
You do NOT have the right to demand we delete other users' data. That's their privacy, not yours.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Fish Gang Service AI is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions).
- The bot may provide destructive commands or adult-oriented responses
- We do not knowingly collect data from children
- If you're under 13, stop using the bot immediately
Parents: Monitor your children's bot usage. We are not your babysitter.
8. DATA BREACHES
In the unlikely event of a data breach:
- We will notify affected users within 72 hours (if we can identify them)
- We will post a notice in official Fish Gang channels
- We will work with Hugging Face to secure the system
That said, we store minimal personal data. Your Discord ID is not your real name or address. Risk is low.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The bot is hosted on Hugging Face servers (likely in the US/EU). Your data may be transferred across borders.
By using the bot, you consent to:
- Your data being stored on servers outside your country
- Your data being processed in accordance with Indian law (owner's location)
If this bothers you, don't use the bot.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
- Changes are effective immediately
- Continued use means you accept the new policy
- If you disagree, remove the bot
